Verdict on my stolen Scrapbooking gifts

As some of you know in December someone decided to help themselves to a box that was sitting on my front porch. He took the box up to the park and decided to go thru it. I know he was probably puzzled and pissed that he got caught by the police and could possible have a charge over some paper, glue, glimmer mist and stickers....lol

Well today was court day. My husband had told me to go in there and drop the charges. I told him that I was the victim and not the person that brought the charges against him. Well to make a long story short we settle with him paying restitution and he will not record if he stays out of trouble. I had a nice little talk/lecture with him afterwards. Now I have money to go and replace the gifts that were sent to me.

I told him also that it is dangerous messing with a "Woman's Scrapbooking" stuff. lol

Well, I have been having fun letting my creativity flow....lol

I've been very busy with swaps and challenges from Scrapbook.com, AC Moore and the Scrap Shack forums and practicing providing live tutorials via the webcam.

Hello Everyone,

As part of my goals for 2011, I am going to try to blog once a week. Wish me luck..lol

As some of you know I am on a Scrapfast. I can not buy anything for me except for adhesive and paper only if I NEED it. The only exceptions to this rule are the GACS in Dulles VA at the end of June and gifts for my scrapping friends.

The past couple of weekends I have been really busy creating for the various swap groups I'm in and challenges. I'm trying to work smarter and not harder by using my challenge pieces to complete my swaps.

Hello to Everyone in Blog Land,

I know it has been awhile since I have done anything on my site because I could not remember my password. I know those things happen you are getting older or stressed out. Not sure which one is more of the truth...lol

What has happen to me since I have last posted.

I was named "Cardmaker of the Year" on the ACM form. (Thanks to all that voted for me.)

I also had bought and inherited allot of scrapbooking supplies and tools. Therefore I will be giving RAKs away on my ACM form. I may even do one here who knows...

But first I must learn more about this site and how to comment on others.

I am going to a crop weekend hosted by Craftychicks in PA. I hope to get some things done and learn some new and interesting techniques. I hope it will get me out of this little funk I have been in lately.

You know things are bad when I have not made anything in the last 3 or 4 days. I need to so I can fill better and go into a tranquil world.

Hello Everyone,

It's has been awhile since I last blogged that is because I could not remember my password and email address. I hope I have fixed that problem...lol

What I have been up to.

I have been creating challenges for my friends on the ACM Card Making forum. I have been really surprised with all of the participation and lovely cards. I have also got some of them making ATCs. I have also been attending techniques and stamp camp and making some lovely cards. Thanks Teresa froms Stamping Up.

I am really looking forward to attending my first weekend crop with the Craftchicks in PA. If you are going to be there I hope I run into you.
